Manufacturing Discontinuance Notice

This notice serves as a formal communication of the intent to discontinue manufacturing selected product models previously available from Jaybeam Wireless. Following Amphenol’s acquisition of Jaybeam Wireless in December of 2008 our product management teams have carefully reviewed the combined product offering to identify unnecessary over-laps in the range and to identify models with declining sales demand. As a result of this evaluation the products indicated in the attached list have been selected for discontinuance.

No further orders for these models will be accepted after the Last Order Date shown above. The manufacturing discontinuance of these products should not be interpreted as termination of any Jaybeam Wireless, Inc. agreements to support the existing field population. Service and technical support for the existing product base will continue to be provided in accordance with the applicable terms of sale.
